Dear Member of the National Committee,

This is a reminder for all your members of the National Congress and AGM to be held in Hamilton 26^th to 28^th August 2011.

For those registering for the whole weekend there is a special prize to be won on the Saturday Mystery Cruise evening. Auckland Skålleague Tony Smith of Francis Travel marketing Limited has offered a very special prize which is:

A 7 night Alaskan Cruise Seattle/Seattle on Holland America Line with berthing at FTM’s discretion. Prize includes 7 night cruise for two in Oceanview stateroom with Port charges and Government Taxes included. Winner will be responsible for gratuities at USD11 per person per day and all personal onboard expenses and airfares to and from Seattle . Prize must be taken in the 2012 Alaskan season May/September and is not transferable or refundable for cash.

It is still not too late to register. Papers are available from the Secretary. We would be grateful if you could let all your Club members know.

Hamilton Club has accepted registrations from 42 people to date. We are hopeful of a late registration from Skål Club of Queenstown which will then mean that we will have a full house of Skål Clubs of New Zealand attending the Congress.

Participants come from Skål Clubs of Auckland 10, Hamilton 17, Rotorua 2, Wellington 3, and Christchurch 8, Sydney 1 and Broome , Australia 1.

Hamilton Club will be advising everybody registered about Congress dress and other issues relating to the mystery event on Saturday evening. National President Nigel has requested that regalia be worn at the welcome gathering on Friday evening.
